What's the catch? Will you really sell my home for 1%?
There is no catch! We will represent your interests in selling your home for only 1%. To get the best exposure, we encourage you to offer a buyer agent commission. This is typically 2.5-2.7% but can be more or less depending on your situation.
Are you a Full Service Agent?
YES we do everything! We provide the best professional real estate photographs in St. Louis, attractive signage and printed materials, host open houses, run proactive advertisements, call buyers for feedback, and are always available to answer your calls.
How can you offer lower commissions when other agents are charging 2.5-3.5% more?
Our brokerage, Worth Clark Realty, allows its agents to run their business on their own terms. You'll never see our broker's ads in a Super Bowl commercial or any other branding ads and so we don't have to split our commission earnings with them like older brokerages.
We also don't pay to buy leads on Zillow. Have you seen faces of agents on a listing on Zillow? Those agents are paying huge amounts of money for that ad space as a way to capture your contact information. And sometimes they pass your information out to newer, sometimes very inexperienced agents and take a cut of their commission. We don't do that. You work with Will and Stef!
Will my home be on Zillow?
Yep! And Realtor.com, Trulia, Homes.com, and every single other website that shows St. Louis homes. Most importantly, your home will be on the MLS and will be on the auto emails Realtors create for clients looking for homes just like yours.
I have a hard time showing my home. Can you help with this?
Absolutely! We use a showing request system that automatically texts you when a Realtor with a qualified buyer requests a tour, so everything can be handled right from the convenience of your cell phone! We'll also put a SUPRA box on the front door so that only licensed real estate professionals have access to your home. And best of all, you don't have to be there to let them in!

Will
Will is a full-time Realtor but also is a Certified Public Accountant. Having spent many years in the professional accounting world, he can help explain valuations and see risks in the transactions that help clients avoid unnecessary headaches. And, as a real life Phil Dunphy (yeah, he's a former college cheerleader) he brings the occasional bad dad joke and an enthusiasm for real estate and serving clients.
Stef
Stef is a former teacher and it shows. She shows true commitment to educating clients and ensuring that their success is the most important part of her job. In her time teaching, she received many accolades as an educator including being invited to evaluate curriculum standards for the State of Missouri! Stef is also experienced with renovating homes and has an eye for potential problems with houses as well as spotting gems! She does not like Will's dad jokes.
